This site assumes you are searching for airport codes if you are trying to find the time difference. Unfortunately, some of the airport codes have the same spelling as some time zones.
If you want to view information on the Mountain Time zone, it's here:

This correctly shows that MST is -7 hours from GMT, as you would expect. But if you try to find the time difference, it assumes you are typing in airport codes:
GMT is an airport in Alaska:

MST is an airport in the Netherlands:
https://www.travelmath.com/airport/MST
