We don't offer any API currently, and the Terms of Use prohibit scraping the site.
If you are interested in a partnership or you need the data for academic or research purposes, you can contact us for more information.
Please include as much detail as possible about the calculations you need, a description of the types of locations, and specific examples from your data.
